‘I love being a dentist. It is so satisfying helping people to have a beautiful smile and seeing their whole persona change as a result. You can see the extra measure of confidence they gain. It gives me genuine pleasure restoring patient’s mouths with implants and crowns where they are needed so that they can eat and enjoy their food again and not be embarrassed to smile.
One of my main interests is minimal invasive dentistry. We find that often patients don’t realise that many ‘fillings’ in fact do not have to be drilled but that the holes can be hardened with the right treatment. If you have been told you need a lot of work why not have a check up with us first to see whether these have to be done or can be treated.’

Dr Harris Sidelsky has been shortlisted as one of the 100 most influential people in dentistry in the UK and has also published over fifty articles for leading dental journals. He has a masters degree from the famous University of Michigan, one of the most prestigious faculties of dentistry in the world. As a registered specialist he receives many referrals from his colleagues. For many years he has taught courses at the Queen Mary and London Dental hospital in the post graduation department. These include Cosmetic, Restorative, Adhesive and Minimal invasive dentistry.
His 10 day restorative course which updates general practitioners in advanced and contemporary techniques is regularly oversubscribed.

I have been with the practice for almost 10 years and in that time dentistry has advance in so many ways. I have always strived to keep up to date with all the latest techniques and developments in dentistry, and I believe our practice exemplifies this. An example of this would be the way I use our Cadcam computerised programme, with which I am able to provide state of the art precision fitting, tooth coloured restorations within hours.

I’ve have been with the practice for several years. I really enjoy the opportunity to provide high quality dentistry in a wonderfully supportive and friendly environment which allows me to do my very best for our patients.
I feel very privileged to be a dentist. In what other profession could I be able to combine artistic creativity with the ability to help others either by making them feel better about the appearance of their smile, helping them enjoy their food more or simply relieving someone from discomfort?
A well as general practice, my special interests include cosmetic dentistry, implants and root canal treatments. I also treat snoring, headaches and bite disorders such as tooth grinding/clenching.
I am also a part time Clinical Tutor in primary dental care to the final year dental students studying at Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and dentistry.
Dr Sarah Shatzkes
I qualified 14 years ago and have been in this practice for 12 years where I have combined having a family with working part time.
I particularly enjoy cosmetic dentistry especially working with composites. I also have a large number of child referrals. I enjoy working with children as it is both challenging and satisfying to build a trusting and relaxed relationship with a child and set them up for a life of optimum dental health and a lack of fear of dentistry.

I am an experienced and practised Oral Surgeon, and am Registered as a Specialist Oral Surgeon with the General Dental Council in the UK.
I have spent many years doing Implant Surgery and the related areas of gum and bone repair procedures that are sometimes needed for successful implants and pleasing results.
Since starting Private Dental Practice in 1988 I continued my studies as a South African Dental Qualified MaxilloFacial and Oral Surgeon and in 1999 started his own Private Oral Surgery Practice in the prestigious area of Sandton in Johannesburg, South Africa.
My day to day activities are mainly in Oral Surgery with an emphasis on implant treatments and related surgeries. With over 10 years Specialist experience and thousands of successful implants, I have the confidence to offer patients the highest level of treatment and expert care, with extensive experience in the field of Dental C/T Scanning is invaluable for Treating you at the highest level.
The use of dedicated 3-D software often allows for computer assisted implant treatment. This ‘Guided Implant’ treatment protocol may allow us to place implants for you with as little trauma as possible and keep our surgery to a minimum.
For many years I have lectured to my colleagues in all aspects of Oral Surgery, Implants and Dental Scanning. This has allowed me to share my passion for my profession with others just as concerned with the well being of their patients.

Pieso-electric Surgery: This new technique of bone shaping uses ultrasound which protects you, the patient, and minimises trauma.
Radio-Surgery: This new technique of cutting and trimming soft tissue uses radio waves without using blades and thus reduces bleeding and is meant to cause less scarring.
